Especially, investigation of the MFM signal reveals that the magnetic response of plant leaf-derived graphene quantum dot clusters (GQDCs) are dependent on the height and width of GQDCs. However, the smaller width and height of GQDCs have not shown any observable magnetic signals. Importantly, experimental analyses suggest the magnetic signal of GQDCs can effectively be detected in a plane at room temperature. These results could pave a way to be of great advantage for future graphene-based spin manipulation quantum devices. Place:B101, Gongquan Campuses, NTNU |
