In quantronics, we present valence-change memristors capable of mimicking synaptic behavior. Pulse-mode reset protocols enable precise conductance quantization at half-integer multiples of conductance quantum, alongside a progressive training effect across switching cycles. In spintronics, array-patterned CoPd thin films modified by plasma and dilute hydrogenation demonstrate edge antiferromagnetic coupling and interfacial Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction, which allow sophisticated control of canted spin textures. Finally, we also utilize spin-torque ferromagnetic resonance spectroscopy to study high-frequency spin dynamics, and quantum magnetic imaging (i.e., diamond nitrogen-vacancy center microscopy) to explore local magnetic and electrical properties of devices at nanoscale spatial resolution.
