Properties of protoplanetary disks are closely related to the planet formation process. However, the physical mechanisms determining the formation and evolution of protoplanetary disks remains unclear. Theoretically, the magnetic field is expected to play an important role in the formation and evolution of protoplanetary disks, and how efficiently the magnetic field can affect the dynamics depends on several parameters. In this talk, I will introduce our observational studies to investigate the importance of these parameters, including magnetic field orientation, turbulence, non-ideal MHD effects, and so on, in the
