Likewise, the development of superconducting quantum computers is hindered by the quality of quantum chips. In this talk, I will detail the crucial factors to consider when producing superconducting quantum chips and describe our production process. Additionally, I will explain how we characterize the fabricated qubit chips that enables feedback to improve our production process.
